We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Our standard shipping times are:

• USA and Canada: 7–12 business days
• UK: 5–10 business days
• Oceania: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 5–12 business days
• Latin America: 7–20 business days
• Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs processing or unforeseen delays. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
3. Process: Contact our customer support at support@raisture.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
